We custom tailor your rental plan based on your individual needs. Variables in monthly costs include the machine model, equipment options, and included copies and prints. In our rental program you have complete flexibility to upgrade, downsize, or add multiple machines or additional locations. Your monthly cost is fixed for the life of the current machine that you’re renting from us.

In the event of a service issue or question, we will respond with phone support within 15 minutes from your initial request for service. With this initial phone support, many times we can get you up and running and diagnose the problem. Should your request require an on-site technician, we carry a maximum 3 hour response time to your location.

Our rental agreement includes all parts, service, supplies (TONERS) and included copies/prints. We can also custom tailor your rental agreement to include the copy & print volumes that you use on a monthly basis.

There are no termination fees, and no term obligations for keeping the device. You can terminate our rental agreement anytime, and for any reason. We only require an email or phone call, and we will schedule the removal at your convenience.

No, you will not fill out any financial applications and your credit will not be checked.

We invoice monthly in arrears, and all invoices are emailed to you in PDF format. We offer multiple e-payment methods to include debit/credit card, E-Check, ACH payments, and we will also work with your e-payment company as well.
