OUR STORY

It’s 1978 and Ray Barber started a company with a single purchase of a pallet of paper stock. By 1983 along with his first son Kevin and three additional employees, he transformed the business into a full service copier company that offered sales, service and leasing. Quickly realizing that the industry was saturated with companies all marketing the “new” and “advanced” copiers, Ray understood that he needed to set his business profile apart from the competition if he were to succeed….Our short and long term copier rental program was realized and implemented and the agreement particulars remains virtually unchanged today. This rental program is the foundation of Arrow Technologies and stands alone when compared to leasing MFP copier devices, which is the industry standard. In 2006 Arrow Technologies diversified into commercial printing, and as the digital age was realized, we have added business solutions such as IT office networking, and on-site or in-house scanning and document shredding division. Arrow Technologies understands the importance of diversity as equally as it understands that our principles, along with work ethic and excellent customer service are the reason we succeed. That will never change.
