All-inclusive and a 30 day commitment. That’s the definition of our long term rental program. We have current customers that have rented systems from us for over 30 years; 30 days at a time. We don’t feel the need to “lock” our customers into a commitment. We want the onus on us to perform because that creates a trusted and professional relationship, and that translates into the kind of business affiliation we embrace. The machine, all parts, service, supplies and copies/prints/scans are included for one fixed monthly cost that will never increase for the life of the rental. It’s that simple. LONG TERM COPIER RENTAL VS. LEASING OR PURCHASING

• True Month to Month – 30 Day terms. It’s that simple!
• Fixed Cost – Our rental program costs will never increase for the life of your rental.
• All-inclusive – We include all parts, service, supplies and copies/prints/scans monthly.
• Fast Service Response – The onus is on us to make sure we respond quickly to service requests. Primarily our partnership is dependent upon performance from all perspectives. With a lease or purchase, you have paid for services “up front” however in our rental program you are invoiced in arrears each month, and for us to retain your business we have to execute a superior service department.
• Unlimited Copy Saturation – Regardless of your copy/print coverage or saturation, your costs always remains the same. Additionally, toners and supplies are included and provided to you at no charge.
• Unlimited Scanning – All scanning is included and at no additional charge.
• Flexibility – You can upgrade, downgrade or add systems as your needs, or technologies develop at any time. Leasing is a term commitment to a depreciating asset.
• No Fees – In the event you wish to terminate your rental agreement, there are no fees associated with rental conclusion. REMEMBER, leasing locks you into a long term contract. Leases carry multiple expenses especially for termination.

No Financial Process – In a lease you will sign financial applications because you are now liable for the cost of the machine for a term. With renting, there are no applications or financial commitments.

OUR SALES PROGRAM

We have worked with Konica Minolta devices for over 25 years, and have found that they are the most reliable, cost efficient and robust systems on the market, and the proof is in the success of our rental program where reliability is paramount. This equates to the simple fact that if you trust in the machine, and the company servicing it, then you may be a great candidate for purchasing.

We offer new, previously leased, and rental systems for purchase. Most leases are only 3 years in duration, and the machines come back to us in excellent shape, and many times have extremely low overall meter counts on them. Scanning technology has decreased the overall output print volume and of course that translates into machines with low meter readings. This is the perfect opportunity to purchase a machine either for your primary office needs, or maybe additional smaller machines to supplement a central device. Previously leased system prices vary greatly due to the model specifics, lease buyout cost, term, and overall condition.

Arrow Technologies fully services all machines by our experienced and certified technical staff, and they are sold with new machine warranties. After the warranty period, we offer several all-inclusive service agreement options that can be custom tailored to suit your specific needs. OUR LEASING PROGRAM

Although we primarily focus on our more popular rental plan, we still offer traditional leasing options for those who prefer or require a lease contract.

Should your needs require a lease agreement, we offer alternatives listed below that will best suit your demands and we offer leases for new and previously leased/rented equipment.

Loan or $1 Purchase Option Lease

Loan or $1 Purchase Options have the highest monthly payment compared to the other options. However, you own the equipment at the end of the loan or $1 purchase lease term.

10% Purchase Option Lease

10% Purchase Option provides a slightly higher payment than the FMV purchase option, in exchange for a fixed purchase option. Your end of lease options are: (1) purchase the equipment at 10% of original cost; (2) renew the lease; or (3) return the equipment to  Arrow Technologies. You may also apply to add or upgrade to new equipment.

Fair Market Value Purchase Option Lease

Fair Market Value Purchase Option offers the lowest monthly payment, and payments are usually 100% tax deductible. At the end of the lease, you have three options: (1) purchase at fair market value; (2) renew the lease; (3) return the equipment to Arrow Technologies. You may also apply to add or upgrade to new equipment.
